Things are not business as usual.
Currently, we are operating in an exclusively takeout and delivery capacity, in compliance with government regulations.
In addition to adhering to all health and safety measures set by Toronto Public Health, we are taking additional steps to ensure that you, your food, our teams, and our communities, are safe.
All of our staff are protecting themselves and others by adhering to rigorous hygiene policies. All employees are required to undergo health screening and temperature checks prior to every shift. No employee is allowed to work if they display any signs or are experiencing any symptoms of illness. We are supplying our employees with PPE including level 3 face masks and shields — gloves are provided for optional additional use.
Please know that our teams are working hard to get this right — because it matters. ❤️
MASK OR NO MASK?
All visitors to DRC properties are required to use a mask at all times, in all spaces.
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
We expect all visitors to the property to do their part and maintain social distance from employees and others.
CASH IS NOT KING
The use of credit/debit is much preferred and strongly encouraged. For digital takeout and delivery options, click here.
HEALTH CHECK PLEASE
Please do not visit any DRC properties if you are not feeling well, have a temperature of 37.8°C or above, have left the country in the last 14 days, or have reason to believe you may have had recent exposure to the virus. Visitors who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 will be refused entry.
SIGN OF THE TIMES
Expect to see safety signage throughout The Distillery District and our venues. All visitors and employees on DRC property must follow signage instructions of the area(s) they are occupying.
This is different for us. We've made adjustments to almost every single part of how we serve you. While many of these changes will appear obvious, there is even more happening 'behind the scenes’. Please be patient with us as we work hard to navigate new world service.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse or end service to any person(s) not abiding by our safety practices, including but not limited to, mandatory government-issued mask guidelines and social distancing.
