Things are not business as usual.

We are currently operating at limited capacity in compliance with government regulations.

We have implemented additional cleaning procedures throughout our restaurants to ensure that you, your food, and our teams, are safe. This includes, but is not limited to, sanitization of “high-touch” surfaces and areas (such as entrances, credit/debit machines, counters, washrooms and kitchens) frequently and/or between every use.

All of our staff are protecting themselves and others by adhering to rigorous hygiene policies. All employees are required to undergo health screening and temperature checks prior to every shift. No employee is allowed to work if they display any signs of illness. We are supplying our employees with PPE. All employees are wearing facemasks — they also have shields and gloves provided for optional use.

We have hand sanitizer available throughout our restaurants for guests to use at any time.

Please know that our teams are working hard to get this right — because it matters. ❤️

Visitors of any kind (prospective patrons, diners, etc.) are required to observe guest guidelines during their time on our premises.

Further, as per the City of Toronto’s requirement, we will be collecting the contact information of one person from every dining party. Should a guest or member of staff develop a case COVID-19, public health will use contact information logs to notify guests who may have been exposed.

At this time we are offering limited reservations, leaving room for walk-in’s on a first-come-first-served to allow ourselves the flexibility and control to safely manage traffic flow.

Reservations are available online through El Catrin, Cluny Bistro, Pure Spirits, and Madrina's respective websites.

Thankfully, we are blessed to be located in The Distillery District, a huge open outdoor promenade, making us even more comfortable knowing that, should any of our guests need to wait for a table, there is plenty of outdoor space in the surrounding area to do so safely while they wait for our call.

Once you arrive in The Distillery District, check-in at the respective host stand of the restaurant you wish to dine at. If no tables are available at the time of your arrival, you will be added to a digital waiting list and when a table becomes available, we will give you a call or a text.

Should you need to wait for your table, The Distillery District, a huge open outdoor promenade, is a spacious and beautiful area to safely roam. The local businesses, artisans and galleries have adapted to serve guests safely! Plus, there are countless opportunities to whet your appetite at one of the onsite cafés or grab n’ go windows.

At this time we can not allow groups larger than 10 guests in compliance with Toronto Public Health.

Our restaurants are only offering tables up to 10 guests at this time. If you have more than 10 guests we are unable to seat you.

Compliant indoor events of up to 50 people and outdoor events of up to 100 people are now permitted. To inquire about booking an event, visit distilleryevents.com or email [email protected]

In the event of rain and/or inclement weather, our patio will be closed. While we will be keeping a close eye on the forecast, should rain and/or inclement weather come during your visit, we may not have space for you inside. Should this be the case, your server will bring you your bill to settle up, and if you wish, containers to package any uneaten food.

Guests dining outdoors are permitted to use the bathrooms located indoors but must wear a mask while doing so. As per City of Toronto temporary bylaw, it will be mandatory to wear a mask to use our washrooms. Single-use masks are available for $1.

Guests dining indoors are required to wear a mask as they enter, during their walk to the table, to, from and in washroom areas, and during their walk to exit. As per City of Toronto temporary bylaw, guests dining indoors are not permitted to remove their masks unless they are seated at their table. Guests are only permitted to move from their table to use the washroom or exit. Single-use masks are available for $1.

We expect all guests to do their part and maintain social distance from employees and guests, in all areas and at all times. This includes to, from, and in washroom areas.

Washrooms will be cleaned and sanitized with frequency and rigour.

GUEST GUIDELINES

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
All parties will be sat a least two metres apart. We expect all guests to do their part and maintain social distance from employees and other groups.

LESS IS MORE

In accordance with Toronto Public Health guidelines, for now, the maximum party size we will accommodate is ten guests. At this time we are offering limited reservations, leaving room for walk-in’s on a first-come-first-served to allow ourselves the flexibility and control to safely manage traffic flow.

HEALTH CHECK PLEASE
Please do not visit if you are not feeling well, have a temperature of 38°C or above, or have reason to believe you may have had recent exposure to the virus. Guests who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 will be refused entry.

SHARING IS CARING

As per the city’s requirement, we will be collecting the contact information of one person from every dining party.

SIGN OF THE TIMES
Expect to see social-distancing signage throughout the restaurant. All guests and employees on restaurant property must follow signage instructions of the area(s) they are occupying.

CASH IS NOT KING
The use of credit/debit is much preferred and strongly encouraged.

MASK OR NO MASK?
Guests dining outdoors
will not be expected to use a mask unless visiting the washroom as per the City of Toronto’s temporary bylaw. That being said, we encourage guests to wear masks while interacting with staff and during walks to and from your table. Single-use masks are available for $1.

BE PATIENT
This is different for us. We've made adjustments to almost every single part of how we serve you. While many of these changes will appear obvious, there is even more happening 'behind the scenes'. Please be patient with us as we work hard to navigate this new way of service.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse or end service to any person(s) not abiding by our safety practices, including but not limited to, mandatory government-issued mask guidelines and social distancing.
