Things are not business as usual.
Currently, we are operating in an exclusively takeout and delivery capacity, in compliance with government regulations.
In addition to adhering to all health and safety measures set by Toronto Public Health, we are taking additional steps to ensure that you, your food, our teams, and our communities, are safe.
All of our staff are protecting themselves and others by adhering to rigorous hygiene policies. All employees are required to undergo health screening and temperature checks prior to every shift. No employee is allowed to work if they display any signs or are experiencing any symptoms of illness. We are supplying our employees with PPE including level 3 face masks — they also have shields and gloves provided for optional additional use.
Visitors of any kind (guests picking up takeout, third-party app delivery drivers, etc.) are required to observe visitor guidelines during their time on our premises.
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
We expect all visitors to the property to do their part and maintain social distance from employees and others.
HEALTH CHECK PLEASE
Please do not visit any DRC properties if you are not feeling well, have a temperature of 38°C or above, or have reason to believe you may have had recent exposure to the virus. Visitors who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 and/or fail their health questionnaire upon arrival will be refused entry.
SIGN OF THE TIMES
Expect to see social-distancing signage throughout The Distillery District and our venues. All visitors and employees on DRC property must follow signage instructions of the area(s) they are occupying.
CASH IS NOT KING
The use of credit/debit is much preferred and strongly encouraged. For digital takeout and delivery options, click here.
MASK OR NO MASK?
All visitors to DRC properties are required to use a mask at all times, in all spaces.
This is different for us. We're working hard to maintain safe environments so we can continue to serve our guests with home-dining options, and provide as much work as possible to our teams.
Many of these efforts will appear obvious, but there is even more happening 'behind the scenes'. Please be patient with us as we work hard to navigate new world hospitality service.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse or end service to any person(s) not abiding by our safety practices, including but not limited to, mandatory government-issued mask guidelines and social distancing.
